The following terms and conditions govern your use of this Site and the purchase of products by you through this Site. By using this Site, placing an order with us, you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). We reserve the right to make changes to this Site and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Order Acceptance Policy
Payment shall be made by a credit card. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain amounts receive our pre-approval. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.
Embawo products purchased via the Embawo Online store can be returned to Embawo within 30 days of the delivery, for a full refund of the purchase, minus all shipping costs, service costs or an exchange. Please reply to your order confirmation email (email@example.com), expressing your intentions.
Embawo agrees to provide a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of the piece if you are unhappy with your purchase or if it has been damaged in transit. If you would like a refund or an exchange, please message Embawo via e-mail within 30 days of receipt of the piece and Embawo will provide you with return instructions. Once Embawo has received the piece, you will get your refund, unless you have opted for an exchange. In any case, any article has to be returned in its original state, including the packaging. All items are checked by Embawo once they are returned. The client is responsible of the items before Embawo receives them back. Please make sure to wrap the articles before returning to avoid any damages of the items or packaging. Embawo is not responsible for damaged returned articles. Yet, it is important for us that our customers get flawless articles. Therefore, if you notice something wrong on the package, ask the courier to take it back and/or to take a note of the status of the package. As well if you notice something wrong on one of your items, please contact Embawo by email as soon as possible. In order to enable Embawo to handle your claim in the best way, we kindly ask you to provide us with the details on the order and to specify what the problem is exactly. We will let you know about the steps to follow.
Please notice that the “customized” product cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a production defect or damage caused during the shipment. Nevertheless Embawo is always available to find a solution for the good satisfaction of the client.
